Title: Ban report [Speed Kill] prop spamming

Description of the event:
I logged into the server and saw some planes near spawn point,i though someone was doing a flying plane and stuff,then i saw the player spawning more plane,i asked him to delete them but he didn't,after that i called an admin/VIP via global chat to try to stop him

Reason for ban: prop spamming
