Title: New Traitor weapons/gear

Let me explain the above weapons/gear:
Silenced TMP: Like the silenced pistol but is automatic and does a bit less damage than the mac 10
Gloves: Reduces DNA time on target and/or eliminates DNA on defused C4 and dropped weapons
EMP: Temporarily disables detectives devices such as radar, DNA scanner, health station, etc. (might be rechargeable)
Poll allows three votes so vote on all that you want in game.

I think the only thing EMP should do is disable everybody's HUD but the T's.

All ideas are okay, but I rather prefer TTT as it is now.

TTT is already even, Adding things makes it uneven
