I think you should join their dev team, that's just my honest opinion. Although we would be losing our best mapper T.T

No I wont be making any money.

However this will serve me in the long run, being part of a recognized dev team will gain me the knowledge I need for working in a group of other talented graphic artist individuals.

 + I would be part of the team that would help make gamemodes like Chimera Hunt.

i believe you should do what benefits you in the long run, as much as u r extremely useful here... i would prefer you to do somethign that would make u happy and help you ^^

If it means leaving RND, then be it.
Even if we would lose you for something like that, at least we'd do it in the knowledge that you're doing something great.

I just thought of an idea, go to their dev idea, get the stuff in the long run, return to rnd and make dev team,(much much better) so then your experience will shove off of you, onto others in the dev team.

Just please don't leave RND. If they ask you to, then try to lie of some sort. You're like on a Valve Developer level on knowledge with SDK. And it would really suck if you were to leave us :(

I'm the leader of GMod Tower (http://www.gmtower.org (http://www.gmtower.org)).  My development team (http://www.pixeltailgames.com (http://www.pixeltailgames.com)) and I are forming an entirely new team with completely focused tasks and projects that are for Source-powered games (specifically GMod) and other outside ambitions such as Love 2D and Flash.

We are a small team of game designers and developers who are interested in making the best possible experience for the community.

I read all the information about their team. They don't have set work values and are not solely independent on one idea or set of work rules.

All ideas are implemented and I will be able to work at my own desired pace on whatever I want with the help of their modelers and coders.
