Title: kocc[ua] spammah and prop killer

4. wire build
5. i came onto the server and there was spam and this guy was spawning rocket props in middair to kill people even after i asked him to stop 10 times
6. prop spam and killing with bomb props
7. i am on gmod so 2 secs while i turn it off

EDIT** oh and i just said told me that hes just proppushed 5 times and nearly crashed the server from spamming once more
EDIT*** and also iim not a hacker if ur gunna call me that i made that radr cause i make rockets and always loose them it tracks pods

I am confused, in the screenshot you see that the guy is: keks_199823, and in the report says kocc[ua]
