i witnessed the situation,i was there minutes ago,he was spamming props like crazy
i even got disconnected cause of the huge lag

Don't switch to camera when you take screenies, otherwise we have no proof they were his props...

i was also there..   he spammed ALL OVER the spawn area server was empty and lagging to death for about 20 mins..

you could connect and get in,, but instantly die bc of his props spazzing over spawn,,, i had to connect to sledbuild server and ask admins to reset server...

i told him it was DR. CAPSlock but they didn't do anything about that
