Title: Gmod start up problem

I have been having this crashing problem with gmod for some time now. whenever i click on it to open it it says starting gmod but after a few nothing happens no message or anything. any suggestions ?

Remove addons that you recently installed.

Reinstall Gmod.

Nope didn't work but when i clicked on it a few times really fast i got 2 messages one said : the game is currently unavalible please try again later.
 the second the regisrt is in by another process timeout expired.

Try reinstaling steam.
Always helped me when I had pingaz'd one

happens to me sometimes, just keep trying to open it up (unless u tried 9000 times then do what that guy above me said to do)

Verify the files, if still not backup important stuff then delete gmod completely along with it's gcf, then redl it

Umm. If it stops responding just let it run for a bit
If it still dosent work re dl
if still reinstall gmod
if still reinstall steam
if still .... your screwed
