About me: I very like building things with Wire its easy if you know it,you can build so many stuff in gmod if i would write all of em i would lie in my Grave  :D
Why i would like to be a regular: I want to be Regular because i want to help people building stuff and teach em some basics.
And would like to have more options to build with wire.I also would tell an Vip or Admin if someone is minging.

Don't you have to wait before reapplying? Or is that just after being banned?

There is a wait period of 1 - 2 weeks. Note that the reason for this is both to stop application spamming and give a chance for the community to know you better.

Wait at least a week before re-applying
