My Asus wont get past the ASUS screen when starting up, Andi was wondering if you guys knew howto fix If not i can only be on forum on school :S

That would be a negative, If you have a trojan, just use a Boot disk, and reformat the HDD.
If you cant get past the POST screen, usually that means there is a hardware issue.
Are you able to get into your bios setup? (Hit del as the computer is starting a whole bunch)

I took it into the tech guys and they put in a new hard drive. Runs like new now. (well, new as in 6 years ago) Thankfully I got a custom built computer that has some halfway decent graphics.

Both me and my brother have shitty Acers, and run across problems like these all the time, my brother more often for some reason.
