Look at the way the camera moves. The camera doesn't bob, just the arm. Plus, the sun outside is at an angle.

Hurrr. The arm never moves, nor do your tools. The "head bobbing" option just sways The camera, nothing else. 'turning it off' would mean the arm stops moving as well, but its fake since the arm is moving, but not the camera.
