Umm... no proof?
He's a major rdmer though, no doubt.
-
There's nothing you can do really.
Even if you IP ban him, he can just restart his router and get a new IP.

Doesn't always work like that
Some people permanently have the same IP even after that
It's worth a try

You do realize that's only of you have a dynamic IP, right?
-
Every computer has multiple IP adresses.
one is used for network management. when you join a network, your computer gets assigned an IP adress.
every network linked to the internet has an outbound internet IP adress. even if he restarts his fucking router, he won't get a new IP on his computer. at least not one that we'll care about.

"Every computer has multiple IP adresses."
You're thinking of the local IP. 192.168.xxx.xxx
And he can get a new IP. It depends if his router is dynamic or static.

He will if it's Dynamic.

He will if it's Dynamic.
something tells me this dude not only doesn't know if his router is dynamic or not, but also doesn't give a shit if he's banned either.

Even I don't have proof, He's still duplicating account for karma.

Yeah, you can't get a new static ip, unless you have something set up with your isp.

So what action will be taken here?
