I'm an old admin on your sandbox server. I just returned to Garry's Mod after a year hiatus and noticed some odd things. I still have admin power on your servers, but for some reason I've been kicked out of the group.
Can I get back in?

You were kicked out of the group a while ago so that coolz could re-add everyone in thats on his VIP/ Reg/ Admin list, to make sure only people who were promoted are int he group.
Also, why'd you decide to come back again? You haven't been on in ages.

You mean the version RND had?
Or Flood mod itself?
I remember he was working on a new Flood mod thing a while back, but I don't think he made either of those above.
