In case you had legit games on there, search for the keys, then write to the steam support.
Your fault for using pingas'd steam together with legit steam.

I had legit steam, AND legit games. The thing is, i'm fuckin 13. So I stole some money and got a prepaid debit card, and bought CS:S and Gmod.

This happend to me once. What i did to get it back was, i went to the steams website and i sent them a message that my account was disabled for no reason. We talked back and fourth for a while and then they asked me to have proof that i own the account (Which in my case, I had to scan my product key from my CSS package that i had purchased from walmart.) I then sent the people at steam the picture of my product key and they enabled my account.
