This is what I've come up with for around $700 for a decent build, what do you guys think? Anyways to improve or get cheaper?

Looking pretty good, but:

- Do you really need a wireless card? (Unless of course, you don't have access to a long ethernet cable, that shit is expensive)

- I would personally go for a 760.

- Unless your mouse is basically a paperweight, spending extra money on a mouse is something you can buy down the line.

- You might want to consider an after market cooler. There are cheap $30 ones that have really good performance.

-Yeah my router is like on the other side of the house, it's hard to setup wires without probably drilling a hole in the wall and putting a port but I'd have to talk to my dad about that.

-Any noticeable differences and why?

-I'm hoping to keep my other computer for secondary/backup so another set of peripherals would be nice. Sheeps found some good deals for me though.

Either way, both cards will be good for what you want to do, but if you want to get better performance on AAA pretty much every game, I would go for the 760 with such a tight budget.

I use the 760, and I'm able to keep up with pretty much anything right now.  It's pretty neato.

760 would be the best for a $140 card, plus water cooling isn't nessecary unless you want to do some OC'ing.

Gtx 950 has a newer chipset, and supports dx12 which could mean good things in the future.
I also took a look at the links you posted. 760 is almost double the price than 950, and performs the same. There isn't anything saying 760 is better..
You're worse than amd fuccboys.

Blah, if you aren't going to oc, use the link. I replaced the 950 with a 960, and removed water cooling.

If you are, get an evga 950 and a 50 dollar water cooler. Get evga because its quiet af.

I think my original choices for graphics and cpu are good enough, I will get that case combo though. The only thing that bothers me about is that the case doesn't come with front panel USB ports. I can just buy a port somewhere right?

Omit the cooler and you're good. You don't need an aftermarket if you're getting a non unlocked processor.

Last amd card I had smoked up but still works.

They scare the shit out of me.

Amds processors are good tho.

Also, gtx 950 is the best bet in the long run, it also consumes less power son more room for more parts in future.

Don't do the 760 blah, you'll probably regret it, especially when its zotac

This is going off the assumption you're not overclocking because you didn't have a k series in your build. Ditch the 750 ti and opt for the 390. Current generation AMD cards have extreme price-performance ratio and outperform / and more future proof than NVIDIA cards (You could argue that you don't need all the VRAM, but it helps). With the new drivers pumped out by AMD, most cards saw an extreme improvement from where they previously stood.

You're probably not going to need the after market cooler since you're not going to be OCing either.
