Title: Make toggle_hud hide ALL of the status bar

This is the status bar thing

If you didn't know, typing toggle_hud in console will hide it. Well, only most of it.

I keep it unhidden all the time, but this is annoying for some people. Please fix.

did this, also shop is disabled on ttt until strange bugs are fixed
