Title: Steam Group Revamp

As the announcement said on the front page, I'm going to go through all the steam group users this weekend.

I'll remove everyone and re-add those who have regular and above.

I'm putting this here to see if a discussion will bring about anything I have not noticed and also to alert those who don't read the front page very often (as this will probably happen today or tomorrow depending).

VIPs still have their epic own group anyway.

Because we switched the system over. Some have left, and some of the old respected aren't all regular and above.

And by requiring steamid's with every app, should be able to get most people actually in the group.

In case any SteamIDs are impossible to find (and Buddha, or any other VIP not on the list, please send me your stuff so I can add), use mah super helpful Database! :O
