Impressive.
I stopped doing dead lifts a few months ago due to the fact that despite being one of the most efficient it is also one of the most dangerous exercises that can fuck up your back if you don't do it right. That being said last time I tried max dead lifting I think I lifted like 230 pounds like a year ago or something.
Last time I tried max bench I did 210lb which was about 3-5 months ago. I should be able to do at least 220lbs now since I didn't stopped working out and my workout weighs increased from that time.
I think I also squatted either 220 or 264 lbs possibly about more then a year ago and it seemed like I was able to do more but didn't tried but now I've only resumed squats this week after a several months break so, yeah.

I thought this thread was interesting initially really, I don't have my life revolving around RND, but I don't make treat it like shit and triggering some bullshit so sudden.
I find it pathetic that this even happened, how bored can you be by shitposting in every old thread? And not answering maturely?
/endrant

you should lift man it's really fun especially if you have friends to lift with and if you are consistent in lifting you will see your strength improve immaculately.

i dont know what immaculately means but ill use it anyways

tbh like prox said deadlifts just seem like they're not really worth the harm they can do to your body. i don't actually do deadlifts for a workout but at work i have to lift lots of huge heavy ass boards and shit and often i do so in the same form as a deadlift and it just fucks your back up eventually. the boards are extremely heavy though and i dont wear a belt. the downside of wearing a belt is that your back may be weaker than its potential which isnt good as far as im concerned.
also novias dont think ur fooling anyone ur a twig ;)
