Title: Tribrid server merging mods

RP addition to hybrid server causing problems for other game modes (TTT/ZS).

1.    Weather system still active in said game modes. Not too troublesome but can destroy the lighting in some maps, making it harder to see that it normally would.

2.    Smart snap is enabled as well, which can be cheating by holding down the 'e' key as it will follow whatever is highlighted.
