I just noticed on my second watchthrough that Scout has three lessons:  Dinner, Dancing, and Demeanor.  Three lessons, each of them start with a D, making a trinity of 3 D's.

Also at the very end, a bell sounds 3 times. 

Lastly, there are three "3" references throughout the entire video:  Three days to live,  three lessons, and three bell sounds.
