Notes: I only used the Block Tool and the Clipping Tool for creating this arch.

Looks like the thickness of the wall and the frame are the same and overlapping, which will cause the engine to select a either texture to display at random.

Make the frame slightly thicker? or clip the wall to the same shape as the frame.

I tried this and almost all the transparent triangles but one were gone, however I found a full solution to this problem I've been having. I converted the arch brushes and the brushes around it to func_detail and all the transparent triangles were gone. Thank you for the help anyway.
