I don't know why and I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like the new LoZ games aren't as great as the originals in terms of their story and overall feel of gameplay. Mainly Skyward Sword and Hyrule Warriors, although I don't know anything about Hyrule Warriors other than it's looks.

What do you enjoy Zelda games for? Maybe you're looking for a nostalgic feeling while it doesn't provide that enough for you?
Personally I really enjoyed Skyward Sword's story and its engagement.
What I feel is that they aren't particularly challenging like they used to be, but in a way that I don't think subtracts from the overall gameplay. I can play the game and enjoy it without raging for weeks because the dungeon is up a flight of invisible 8-bit wall stairs... or something.
Although this may be derailingzzzz, maybe we nid speshul official Zelda thred 0-0

Hyrule Warriors confirmed to be a spin off and not the next Zelda game.

Most likely because of the nostalgic feeling to be honest

Skyward sword is my favourite tied with ocarina ;o
This game looks awesome, spinoff or not :D it won't make me buy a Wii-U but when the proper story-based LoZ comes out then I'd happily buy this with it
