So guise, whats your opinion on adblock? Do you always have it on? Do you have certain exceptions? Are you morally obligated to not use it?
Personally I keep it on simply because I don't really like ads and it's not my job to fund the internet.

I once forgot there were ads until i went on youtube in a different browser.
I always keep it on.
-
I always have it on unless a site asks nicely to turn it off (like reddit) since they apparently get more money from that. Is it per view of ads on a page or is it if you click on an ad that gives them money?
-
Personally... I think the amount of ads are horrendous and slow down my productivity on every site that deploys a significant amount of them.
Not only are they distracting but they often mimic content on the page.
For videos, I think twitch has the worst since they are unskipable and usually very long.
Not sure about everyone else but I prefer to find what I am looking for, versus the product finding me... sort of thing.
I think rNd is one of the few sites, like wikipedia, that still do not have any ads and I want to keep it that way. Also, one of the few places on the internet where you are not tracked by page view or this and that.
Is it per view of ads on a page or is it if you click on an ad that gives them money?
Both, the ad, it's content, how it's presented, and how it rewards the host all depends.

I use it and never turn it off.

Lol, I purposely keep it on for Reddit if anything. Reddit is like a major anti-adblock circlejerk, just like famous newgrounds animations on youtube (oneyNG, egorapter ect.). Reddit and most youtubers can't differentiate between "job" and "hobby that makes money".

I always keep it on, coupled with NoScript. As Cold Link Papá said, it slows the page, and makes it a clustetfuck of unneeded shit. I only remove it for sites I support, such as web comics, teh 4chains, etc. It really feels awful to use a different browser/computer and see all that shit. It's like being used to eating lamb, and suddenly they serve you a green turd.

I used to have mine on for awhile, but I took it off mainly for YouTube. I generally watch the same people on YouTube, so as a way to help support them, I watch the 10 - 30 second ad and just do something else while I wait.
-
I keep it on because 99.9% of ads are annoying.

"teh 4chains" You should enable it. He makes his money from the captcha passes.

He also makes money from ads, even if little.
