Did you ever wonder what happened to Lamarr after you closed the rocket hatch on her back in Episode 2?  No, she didn't die.  She was teleported to the Combine Overworld.  This is what happened there.

It was made by Valve employees.  This is actually the sequel of Half-Life 2: Episode 2, but prequel to Half-Life 3.
