I have been playing Fretta for sometime and it really starts to annoy me that the stalker is kinda, OP.
I have been playing for soemtime and I have never seen that UNIT 8 won the round.
In my opinion you stalker would be much more fun if it was more balanced.
I think it would be nice to give the stalker less HP.
Or give UNIT 8 more damage.
Let me hear you guys opinions.

Tbh I don't really think it's all that hard and have seen the humans will actually a decent amount of times but if they humans had just a bit more damage I don't think that'd hurt.
-
It kind of sucks because the only way you can actually see and shoot the stalker is by using your flashlight...which has some fictional batteries that run out in less than 10 seconds...
And the fact that it takes so many hits to actually kill the stalker, the ONLY time i've died as a stalker was when i got stuck on the ceiling, and some guy had to waste 2 magazines on his SG-552 to kill me while i was STANDING STILL.It's so rare for Unit 8 to win it's not even funny, the the guns should at least have a buff or something.

Ive seen unit 8 win by exploiting certain spots on maps and even then its only if there are a good 10 of them.
-
Well, we could balance the stalker a bit more.
-Decrease running speed
-Decrease leap range
-Decrease damage per hit
If that can't be done, we could boost Unit 8 a bit.
-More damage
-More health
-More efficent radar (responds faster)

Some kind of balancing is definitely needed.

I've never seen any exploits on the maps actually?
And I've myself killed the stalker several times with a fair game I don't really understand why it's as big of a deal as people are saying. I do guess it couldn't hurt to make a minor change but I just wouldn't want the stalker being really easy to kill since it's him vs 17 people and would kind of be boring if it were so easy. I mean the point of the game is to work together in order to kill him since it's extremely easy to be picked off one by one.

A team can be picked one by one without too much struggle even if it is sticking together since stalker also has all sorts of special abilities that don't require a whole lot of skill to use them. It isn't as easy as you make it seem.
I think that a reduce in speed, leap and possibly damage dealt by stalker would be good attempt to make the game more balanced and fun.

This is true, even a newbie Stalker could wipe out the entire Unit 8 team with 17 players

I never said it was easy I just don't think it's as difficult as people are saying. I think all the stalker would need is a damage reduction or damage boost for unit 8. The stalker does do a lot of damage and I've been one hit by him sometimes while at full health so I don't think that should really happen. Any other sort of reduction is unnecessary imo. Unless it's a small reduction to his health as well. I think that'd be reasonable because he does seem to take more hits than he should.

I can confirm this.

I can confirm this.
Well, the stalker can also take out a group of people in a small room.
On escape, i took out atleast 10 people that were camping the basment while taking 3 hits :/
So in short, the stalker is inhuminaly OP
-
the stalker is inhuminaly OP
Because he's totally a human .-.
-
Should have been there when I developed the ladder-camping strategy. It needs a better balance.
-
Also imo the Stalker's abilities are completely fine,i think if we reduced his health from 160(?) to around 100 it would be a bit more balanced?I think it would be cool if we also made the flashlights last a bit longer, maybe 2/3x the time it currently takes to run out of batteries? And make the flashlight have a longer range?(if that's even possible)
I think it's a better option than modifying every gun to do more damage and stuff.

Spectating is broken though...

I for the most part am retracting what I previously said.
Today everyone seems to want to play STALKER even more so than normal and it is actually getting pretty annoying that I can watch myself shoot the stalker several times with good hits and for people to rarely be able to finish him off. The only time it happens is if I get a point blank headshot with the shotgun... So otherwise he can just go and heal. But it's pretty easy for him to just get behind anyone and one hit them so tbh I think the stalkers health and damaged should be reduced. Not significantly but enough that it's noticeable. I really don't think you should be able to one hit like that at all. Not unless it's more like how it is in Hidden:Source.
-
I think the game concept was based on hidden source :0
But i'll reduce stalker health and damage a bit more, you should have seen how much it had to begin with...
