That I built completely from scratch by myself.
I am quite proud of myself.
Specs:
Intel i5 3570K Quad Core 3.4 GHz
GeForce GTX 660
Ram 16 GB
1 TB hard drive
MSI ATX motherboard
600 watt power supply
Corsair R300 mid-tower case
Windows 7 Home Premium
I think games should look a lot nicer now.
Downloading some things now.fucking everything

Looks really nice, wanted a Corsair case but I wasn't going to pay more than $60 on a case...

pretty nice build, personally i prefer AMD as they're cheaper and almost always natively support overclocking nowadays, however graphics nvidia over ati. i've been stuck on my onboard graphics chip, intel G31, because the graphics card that came with the system shot and i don't have the money to replace it. doesn't help dell psu's suck and never add more cords than the base unit uses so i have no 6pin pci-e connector. i rigged my own but the psu cant handle a card that requires one, 350w i believe. it sucks.

dells should allow for upgrades, even if it voids your warranty to open your system they know people are going to.

i barely get by on 500gb, doesnt help i have a 45gb music collection with a backup the same size, then another 50gb dedicated to visual studio and other software development tools then alot of games. idk how youd survive on 350 lol

Yeah, the first thing I did was install all my steam games (100-Something GB) and then shit like 3DS Max and then I started pingazing again.
Pingazing fills your hard-drive FAST at times.

Well when you realistically only have around barely more than 350gb of usable storage, yes. You should invest in a hard drive with more space, maybe even get an external at least. My brother recently only had to spent like $50 or something on a Western Digital external drive of decent quality and 1 tb of usage (about 3 times the total storage on your pc). I also bought my external some years back for $100 with 1 tb as well. It's not the fastest ofc, especially not any more, but it was definitely well worth it.

When I bought my computer, it came with a 1.5 TB hard drive and I have 528 GB left now

I don't understand how you guys need so much disk space. I myself am perfectly happy with a total of 365GB. In fact I have 257GB of written stuff at the moment and I could easily find a way to get rid of about at least 50GB of data that I don't really need.

How good is that case? I was debating on buying it or the HAF 912 when I was making my computer. Show me that cable management you did too
