Well, anger being an expression of aggressive energy, rather than supress it, I'd recommend channeling it to something good/productive. Do some art, exercise, build a better yourself. Use your anger power for something benefical rather than just drowning in it.Or just not be angry. Works for me at least.
tell yourself it doesn't matter and consciously make an effort to calm yourself and not be so angry.
I could give less of a fuck.
Huh, for me the anger comes from the lag and disconnections from everything.
