Fill in the boxes on a piece of paper, or anything to track it down, with 1-4. Number a box according to what you do least (1) and what you would do most (4)

Add up all the numbers for your results. I ended up with me being Status Quo.

Edit: Because Unit somehow messed up, this is how you fill it out

Got Status Quo, but it's 1 point higher than Production and there was one thing where it's kinda both, so it can also be Production 1 point higher than Status Quo.
Quite interesting, but it's a bit hard to categorize people's personalities into only 4 categories. There are many stuff there where I would choose 4 for 2 columns or would choose 1 for all of them, and as you can see I'm kind of a mix between SQ and Prod.

I found the spread sheet quite interesting, because there are four main concepts of personalities, and there are four here. All of them are related to basic personalities and deemed insightful.

Harmony: 10
Production: 23
Connection: 16
Status Quo: 19

This is kinda expected for me, as whenever I am under pressure or feel the need to complete a task, I usually complete the task like a perfectionist would.
