Title: TTT Group?

Another idea, brought to you by Monorail Cat (Vintage!)!  I was just sitting in the TTT server the other day, and no one would join, so I wished I could create an event on the RND Steam page to get people to join, but first, i don't have permission to do that, and second, it would notify everyone, including those who don't play it.  So, I began thinking that if we had an official RND TTT group, anyone with sufficient permissions would be able to create events for the TTT players to see.  Just another idea to help keep servers occupied.  :)

Interesting idea. Much more efficient than searching your friends list for everyone who plays TTT regulary and then inviting them, and it'd help with contacting server regulars who aren't regulars, in such scenarios where the server changes the IP, causing a loss in population for a few days to a week.

Of course, there'd be the problem of so-called "trolololols" and griefers who'd be notified whenever the server is populating.

We already have a steam group. Could just use that instead? Might as well put the group to use, considering no one ever uses the thing.

Maybe Coolz can make all VIPs and higher have MOD(silver star) power in the group and let them post events/announcements.

Didn't know they finally added another permissions group.

I went through and set VIP+ to moderators which can invite players (like regulars) into the group and also create group announcements.

Please don't abuse this as it will effect rank like any other responsibility.

Also if a Super Admin+ posts an announcement please let it stay up for at least a week before posting your own.
