Why I SHOULD be VIP:
1. I look forward to the rules and reminding them to most of people who join the servers and/or the people who violate them once or twice.
2. I'm online A LOT, meaning I could help a lot in keeping the servers minge-free. Also, I'm mostly active on TTT, unlike most other people.
3. I like and will dedicate myself to this server and help out others whatever the problem is.
4. I am patient with minges, meaning that I don't kick for first-offences. I give two - three warnings before starting a votekick, except in a few cases (such as RDMing his traitor buddy or the detective in TTT unprovoked).
5. I try to be a great member of the community.
6. I try to react to most calls for help in the servers, no matter on which server it comes from.
7. I haven't been banned or demoted whatsoever (But I know some of you have seen that demotion request for me but I can still learn from that mistake I did)

Why I WANT to be VIP:
1. I want to be VIP so I can keep servers away from minges such as RDMers, Hackers, and so on.
2. I also want to be VIP because I want to have a fair game for all people who play. (especially newcomers)
3. I want to help the rNd and it's community.
4. So I can be available in some calls if needed.
5. I've seen other VIPs been demoted for a reason (mostly inactive) but I won't let rNd down.
6. I know I might've acted a bit immature those days but I saw some improvements in me that can make me a better person to excel this community.
7. I want to be a bigger part of this purely awesome, cool and lovely community and help out some people who need help most of the time.

Contributions to RND:
1. I've reported many minges
2. Kept the TTT server free from violators
3. Guided bunch of newcomers (guides, rules)
4. Welcomed/invited new people joining the servers.
5. I populate the TTT servers by inviting everyone in my Friends List whenever the server seems to be empty.
6. Giving newbies a happy stay in rNd.

Situations:

Someone is prop pushing on TTT ~ Trouble in Terrorist Town
1. First warning.
-> keep doing: Second Warning
-> doesn't stop: Attempt to votekick player.
-> Joins back, keeps prop pushing: Give a last warning.
-> If the subject is still acting wrong: Start a voteban for continous prop pushing/other violations attempted after several warnings.
-> If person comes back, still prop pushes: Start another voteban, if nothing, tell an admin/report.

Someone Karma Farming in TTT
1. I will ask players how long has the player in spectator been there.
-> if the player still karma farming and goes on: Tell him/her to wait for his/her karma to go back or play the game and also give a warning
-> if the player still keep it up: Give them a last warning.
-> if they have no intention to stop: Start a votekick.
-> they come back and karma farm again: Give them one final chance to stop.
-> if stupidity wins over their common sense: Start a voteban on the player.
-> if comes back and keeps doing: Start another voteban, if continous behaviour, tell an admin or report on the forum.

RDMing on TTT
1. I ask them why they did it.
-> if it was an accident or after the other player attempts to kill him/her: leave it be, tell them to not do it again. If the second situation occurs, warn the other person.
-> if person does it again on ''accident'': Start a votekick for RDMing.
-> if it was on purpose: Start a votekick on them for RDMing.
-> if they come back and do it again: Start another votekick.
-> if person does it a third time: Start a voteban.

RDMing the detective as an innocent
1. Ask the person why they RDMed the Detective
-> if it was because the Detec was randomly shooting people: Leave it be, check how many people the detective killed
-> if it was for no reason: Start a votekick on the person.
-> intends to do it repeatedly: Start a voteban.
-> comes back and does it again: Start another voteban or tell to an admin/report after several warnings.

Someone is using a name changer
1. I would try to ban the name changer by myself in the server, and if that's not possible, I would get the SteamID and report the subjct to an admin.

Someone is using an aimbot
1. I would keep an eye on them (suiciding early on to spectate them). Get SteamID.
-> if it's just skill: I'd tell the people that just because someone is good, doesn't mean they use aimbots.
-> if it's getting weird (turning around the corner instantly shooting three people in the head): Keep watching. If anything similar happens again, start a votekick on them for using Aimbots.
-> if person keeps using aimbots: Repeat procedure above, if confirmed use of it, start a voteban.
-> person still uses hax after all: report on the forums.

Someone is using speedhacks
1. I would record and report on the forums.

Someone is mic-spamming, general population wants him/her gone
1. I would tell them how to mute people and that mic spamming is not a kick/bannable offense

Someone is constantly disrespecting other people
1. Tell them to stop.
-> if person listens: everything's okay.
-> if he/she keeps up the disrespective behaviour: Warn them another time.
-> still no intention of stoping: Start a votekick for their behaviour.
-> comes back, keeps up the behaviour: Warn them one last time, saying I will voteban him/her if he/she doesn't stop.
-> keeps it up: Start a voteban for repeated disrespective behaviour.

(You've noticed I mostly only put TTT situations since I dont go on other servers(much) such as Zombie Survival(sometimes), Fretta(offline), Flood(used to) and Wire Build(not much))

I changed into speaking with my real voice and removed more of that voice (I make those times) that way I don't "egg"(Hideo mentioned on my previous app) people to RDM me which causes chaos in the server(though it eggs people sometimes atleast it lessened)

If this app gets approved, I just want to thank the VIP's/Admins helped in this app and inspired me to apply and the idea of what VIP is and what are the responsibilities I should take for the rank, thank you.

Cactus is a fairly avid player on the TTT servers, at best. From the last time I've played TTT, the most I can remember about Cactus is that he doesn't necessarily minge around, rather, he's usually the one to point things out (an example would be someone RDMing on Conspiracy. Cactus would caution the player, while addressing everyone in the game with a "Don't RDM").

Given the time elapsed from certain events (like the first app), I'm willing to bet that Cactus probably has an evolved perspective on things, enough so that the authority that comes with the VIP title (ability to kick/ban) will pretty much be a perpetual inclination to uphold the rules.

I really think we should consider Cactus as a VIP.

If not now, certainly soon and not never. But I'm voting for now.

I'm really on the fence with Cactus.

I know he knows the rules, he even tries to help enforce them when they are needed to be enforced.

But the same repeating problem occurs with his voice. "I changed into speaking with my real voice and removed more of that voice" From what I played with him a few days ago. Sounds the same to me. And I've heard his real voice before. (Only once though, while back.) So I know it isn't changed.

), but many new comers usually do have a problem with it, even last week someone RDMed him cause he was being annoying they said. As I said before it's not Cactus' felt for the RDM. But people aren't going to take him seriously with that voice except already established members of the community I imagine.

My opinion is pretty much unchanged from last time.

Alright, so I've known Cactus for a some time now, and he has always been helpful and friendly. He knows all the rules and helps to enforce them by warning troublemakers. It is true that people target rdm him because of his voice. But I am still confused on if the voice he uses is his natural voice, or he is using a voice changer, or if he is intentionally making his voice higher, idk it's just confusing. The target rdm against him is definitely not his fault, but I agree with Hideo, it's better to not cause a problem in the first place (unless that's actually his natural voice).

Nevertheless, his friendly and willing-to-help personality fits the VIP position, so I'm going to give him a +1

He has every characteristic needed for a VIP the only thing that's been getting in his way is probably his voice and his playfulness in-game. I think it's really unfair that everything he has been doing good for the servers is being cloaked by his voice.

Of course I do, but does it really outweigh his helpfulness, besides, it's not a harmful act from his side because he's not one of those people who talk like that to piss others off.

What I was saying is that no one's complaining that he's just got an annoying child's voice or something, people complain because he purposely talks in a really high, loud, obnoxious voice that gets on some people's nerves whether he intends that or not. That's something to consider because in reality that may show that he doesn't take it seriously, or that he wishes to annoy players (which I don't really think is the case). But bottom line it does annoy some people, so it's certainly a legitimate point to discuss.
And again, I'm neutral on this so I'm more or less just trying to clear up thoughts and play devil's advocate. I don't see anything Cactus does as good reason to wish to go against his application.

well my opionon is not changed because of his voice. It does not annoy me.. and he does not use a voice changer. its just how he talks. and like Prox said it should noy effect the result of this application. (sorry if this is repeating what others have said)

Noticing alot of debate here on his voice, and it feels weird knowing that I'm one of the few that actually doesn't mind it.

If so many people on the fence are trying to decide if the voice is real or not then it seems to me that it definitely could be real and should not be discriminated for it. Just treat him like it is his voice. If he is annoying to players however then that is a problem.

This is not the case according to a couple handfuls of VIPs and Prox, who are vouching for his behavior overall.
