Well associating something completely non-serious with something serious ticks me off since both my Grandparents on my fathers side have died due to bowel cancer. There is nothing worse than cancer however jokes made about "X is the cure for cancer", are never usually offensive.
Emos are still people who are just very sensitive. This video is just pointlessly stupid and no very funny as it pokes fun at a group of people, yet associating it with cancer offends me even more. This is my opinion.
