The moment you start turning every single computer into a monitoring device for all but a few good reasons, the moment you may as well call yourself Big Brother and start rolling out Robocops with your face on every single one.

CISPA isn't quite the same as SOPA as far as I know. It was introduced the same time SOPA was I believe, can't remember the differences though.
