Title: [Notice] Deacon Resigning

Unfortunately, as of now it has come to my attention that Deacon would like to step down from his position for personal reasons. I am notifying the community upon his behalf.

There is no ill will between me and him.

Edit: Deacon is not leaving he is just resigning from his position.
