Games like Minecraft and Gmod he treats people like assholes (Even though i must admit I did alot on Minecraft but not as much as Loke)
During TTT he's a dick, especially to me when I talk, he says "SHUDDUP FUZSION NO ONE CAREZZ" and "GOD FUZSION U SUXORZ" I can name a few more reasons but I choose not to.
I would like to see his maturity rise up a bit more.

The World does not revolve around you, this petty immature squabble between you two has been long enough.
As long as he treats most people curtiously, a grudge against another player with a lower status in the community really isn't a reason for a -1

On topic:
I am unsure. It's a bit like marmite (or vegemite), some people you hate and some people respect you.
I do treat you as a friend and vice versa but by the way you treat a minority of people in this community, i am unsure.
However i can a benefit of a doubt as you do have your shining moments as a memeber of the community so here is a +1.

Even through Fuzsion is the same in his own right, Loke has time and time again shown errors in judgement that I do not think are befitting of Regulars.

To be honest I'm not sure, while there was quite a lot of trouble with Loke, he still is quite an old member and giving him this rank wouldn't really have any difference to the servers or players. Besides I don't think that Loke causes much trouble in-game and there are probably regulars who are worse then him.

I am iffy though he is very confusing person. However he seems legit at the moment so yeah might as well I think?

I'll take a chance and +1. Although you do have your moments where you make some bad choices, I'm assuming that you'll improve and think before you take action. There's also some maturity issues with you but again, I'm assuming that if you get Reg you'll improve with that as well.

-1 You need to improve more. From what I've seen a couple of nights ago you basically flipped out after being called out and killed with legit proof.

Until you can mature a bit more my answer stands as it is.

I've played with loke in the past but not recently but from previous experiences/troubles with him he shows poor judgement and overall negative attitude.

Loke it's best not to try to defend yourself on your own application. You do this every time, and this is why you still haven't gotten it. Your attitude doesn't change. You will never get regular again, until you stop acting this way. Alright, I personally have my own experiences with Loke. But the thing is that hes just a complete douche to the server sometimes, and I think that's not what regulars do.

The thing is loke,like Marie said,you shouldn't defend yourself against criticism.
when you apply for Reg/Admin/VIP you have to suck it up and accept criticism then try to improve.
I think you're a great guy and all but i have to agree with everyone else that you have to improve you attitude ingame and in forums.

So i'm afraid i'm going to have to -1 this.

Lets get back on topic :D over all he's good with fair intentions but then theres times he pulls a full 180 and treats people like dirt.

At his best he's a pleasure to be around and quite fun.

At his worst (at least in my case) I'd rather go elsewhere than be in the same server with him.

To elaborate on reason there are cases where he'll rage about a possible rdm from one round across several map changes. Other times he's shrugged it off and kept being ok to be around.
This is something that is in my history as well but, not letting minor things go and causing a mountain out of a molehill isn't behavior befitting Regulars.
If what happens is a real issue to you bro try 1 reporting the issue 2 watching the person for further instances to better understand and/or 3 bring it to a vip/admins attention.

Unfortunately I don't think you're ready Loke nor does it seem anyone else does. You can reapply in a week minimum.
