Mine is a whopping 12gb. Just installed a fresh copy. No wonder it's clusterfucked with script errors and takes so long to load.

gmod is such a piece of shit game that I can only play if a group of friends all play it together. Wish I can find it as amusing as I did back then, but eventually you grow out of it.

On my old HDD it was around like 65 GB or something like that. I recently copied all my maps (10.68 GB) Into my normal GMod installation and wiped the Old Harddrive.
Little did I know I wiped my map source files off the face of the harddrive, but even though they are on my old IDE harddrive, my motherboard doesn't support IDE.
