Title states above, basically there are situations where there are annoying little kids talking at once or mic spamming, etc., and because of the new Garry's Mod update, there is no more player list. Can you add something to mute players in zs?(eg. press tab and display a volume icon to toggle their mics)

I'm 50% sure you can do that by pressing tab and clicking the sound button next to the name.

What he is saying, ***I THINK***, is that you can't do that if the menus get glitched up.
IMO a redundancy is not necessarily a bad idea.
I am also strongly in support of the idea of adding a VIP/Admin mute/gag function.
I know, "but why can't you mute him?" - if you're playing no ZS, but TTT for example and the guy is an annoying guy who also happens to do false call outs, then such a function is more useful as if only you have that player muted, he can still false call out, but if he is gagged, he loses that ability.

He means in the scoreboard type such as sandbox.
There is a speaker icon that when clicked, mutes players.
+1 on this feature... admin not always on to mute and I *think* ass_mute is broken anyway?

Yeah there isn't a speaker icon on the Zombie Survival scoreboard. Yesterday, Ke$h4 joined ZS and micspammed without responding and it was only then that I figured out I did not have the privilege to mute/gag... so I eventually banned him.
Anyways, definitely need this.

Funny thing is, I've actually made a few discussions about this topic a year or two ago, but that caused a whole shitstorm and everyone kept repeating the same, "lol just mute him" argument.
