Why I should be VIP:
1. I myself believe to be a responsible person and able to hold the title of VIP whilst making fitting and appropriate choices.
2. I know, and many others know that I would not abuse or misuse the powers of such rank.
3. I will be able to keep the servers in orderly conditions and be able to remove anyone making things chaotic.
Why I want to be VIP:
I wish to be VIP to be able to contribute more to the community then what I am doing so as is, of corse I can still contribute either way I feel as if i'm helping more if promoted.
Contributions to RND:
A dedicated and active member that's willing to help, hangout or just talk whenever.
Situations:
Someone is using a name changer
If in the situation, someone was using a name changing program for what-ever reason. I would open the Voteban menu, I would carefully research which steam ID is changing names and attempt to ban them, if all else fails contact an administrator.
Using any type of hacks.
If I had suspicions of a potential hacker/modder. I would would spectate them closely and gather information to back-up such a claim. If there is solid proof I would record it, then contact an administrator, or if none available post a ban request and voteban.
Majority asking for player to be banned/kicked for their voice.
"If you do not like the way a person or player sounds, please just press ESC>Player list > (enter player name here) and click mute."
Someone being racist, sexist, or anything else of those catagories.
I would simply warn then that disrespecting others by any means is strictly forbidden. I would inform them of the punishments if continued I would initiate a votekick. If continued I would contact an administrator to inform them of such player.

After a lot of thinking, I think Lavenchie's attitude has improved quite a lot since I last talked to him about what issues I had with him, he's more than active, and had been here for a good amount of time. I think he would be a fine VIP. (http://img542.imageshack.us/img542/5350/crown1.png)

Originally I didn't post In his app because I thought he shouldn't get it yet
However over like the past month of just overall talking to him and playing on servers with him I feel that he should get VIP, his overall happiness and fun is a good addition, also if someone were to insult him he just shrugs it off and continues playing it doesn't effect his mood/make him angry which is great.
