Silent Hill RP, has custom npc's (you need a model pack which is probably linked somewhere in the facepunch thread) they don't have animations sadly, but maybe someone could just remodel the zombie and use those, I don't know, anyway it's damn cool.

ALSO - Essentialy this is CakeScript with different models and elements.
