I realize there was a thread like this made last year, but it's not relevant to next years Comic-Con. So who's up for it (if we all survive 2012)? I know a few memebrs are already planning on going, but anyone else? Also if you do go are you going to dress up? I think it'll be cool to get to see a lot of the people you talk to every day. :)

It's not that big of a challenge for me since I'm already in California, but I know some of the other members here are going to have to fly out, like Marie.
Also, make sure to pre-register once it's open. Shit sells out within the first couple weeks.
As for dressing up? Uh. No clue. ._.

I go to all the good cons in Australia. Latest one I went to was great. Saw the Green Mighty Morphin Power Ranger/Voice actor for Lelouch/Ichigo
If only I could go to San Diego Comic Con though, hopefully it will be different from the others. Pretty much just easier access to stores and stock for me.
There's never any imports or collectors items there, so I end up spending more on entry than anything else and feel kinda bad.
Ah well... I can still order all my LE DVDs from Amazon.

It's like a 8 hour drive from here, so depending if I get to the tickets on time, I might be able to hitch a ride with my friend/stay with family.
I'd probably dress up as like, 80's style Jon Bon Jovi or someone from a Guitar Hero game.

It's actually not just comics. A lot of big TV shows, developers, and other people have panels there. Most of the merc and booths they have aren't even related to comics.
But hey, if that's not your thing, asdfu.

I'm kind of in a lucky situation. My mom has been actually wanting to go for longer than I have, but she doesn't want to go alone and my dad really doesn't have much of an interest in this sort of thing. I'm pretty much getting a free ride, heh.

I'm definitely going to try to hang around the mega64 booth for a bit though.
