Title: So i join today and found out something new on the forum...

Wouldn't it be easier to be VIP then? I thought admin was for so people could report people(Via forum) and get them banned while not in game?

It wouldn't matter anyways, he's not participating within the forum. Admins can login via sourcebans and ban people from there, not from forums directly.
