My Target grade to get in my Maths is an A* (or A+ to you Americans)
My Current working grade is at U (ungraded)
My Parents have been contacted and you know how harsh Oriental Parents are.
My Mother will blame my current grade on the fact that i spend all my spare time on the Internet.
However i can argue back and say that why hasn't my other grades fallen? (History: A* or A+, Science: A and English A* or A+)
I used to be good at maths but recently its been falling apart. My first Mock/trial exam is coming up next month and my real exam is in March. I'm going to start revising more after school and try to spend at least 1 hour less on the internet.
Anyone got any tips to help me get back on track?

You basically have to listen what the teacher is saying in class, do all of your homework at home by your self, if you don't understand something, ask your classmates or teacher and make a notebook dedicated to all of the main or other useful math formulas and stuff that you learn and adding an example to everything is highly recommended.

Since I lost half of my writings because my internet went derp.
You should do the basics again, I mean Adding, Dividing, Multiplying and Subtracting. Also you should practice doing "Mind Computation". It's like writing the solution in your mind (This was the reason why I failed one of my exam in Physics because I didn't have any solution but right answer xD).
If you're having troubles with Formulas, you should derive the formula by yourself so you can remember or learn how you did it.
Since there is no specific topic that is mentioned in OP, you can tell me where are you getting troubles and shit. I might able to help you.

talk to you teacher, each night before you do your hw, review your notes. is you class every day or every other day? what grade are you in. what math is it.

We don't do homework anymore but rather Controlled assesment exams every Monday maths lesson.
The last two CA's were undergraded (4/20 and 5/20).
Its like im very good in some aspects of maths but not certain parts.
e.g. i can do Trigonemetry like finding out angle X or Side X with the Sin, Cos and Tan Rules but i get confused with formulas needed with questions like Factorise 2x2x14x=0
