I never buy this stuff because my conscious makes me feel bad when I buy a game for cheap like that, and I don't want to spend much money for games I won't play very much

I'd recommend the Humble Bundle, those are actually pretty good games.
The other bundles are always hit or miss though.
Torchlight is pretty fun.
