4/7 of the characters you picked are from GTA which i find to be the most repetitive games and uninteresting. instead of making a list with a character from each game you stacked the odds to GTA.

Well GTA IV was really the one that got repetitive. With each new GTA release, they add a bunch of shit. You could play for months/years at a time on San Andreas, especially with modding on the PC.
I'm sure CJ-can't-follow-a-damn-train's personality is at least somewhat out there in the Rockstar world.

I never said they had interesting histories.
CJ's has so many memorable lines though, he's the only one who actually had a personality.
Honestly, I remember more of Romans quotes than Nikos.

Well GTA IV was really the one that got repetitive.
Maybe its just for the fact I have owned/played every single GTA since they started coming out on the playstation back in the late 90's is why i find them extremely repetitive. I love the game genre i just feel they need better story lines i hope to god when they come out with the new one they atleast have a compelling story. I find myself not really caring for the story's at all in GTA. Perhaps its because i can't find anything to like about the characters or identify with But i will give you this i did like John's story (RDR) but that could just be because its a western and I've been waiting a long time for a decent western game.
