Salmon is actually a huge ass, he just walks up to a player shoots him and leaves, so yeah he is one of those troubling people, and he has been raging at me for some reason, and now he starts ghostin...well the proof and his acting on the server sais it all...  :thumbsup:

As far as I've seen he's kept true. He might be a dick at times (sometimes often) but it's usually in good manner. I'd say that the issue was covered with the warnings and this report since he's still fairly new...
In our brief history he's never shown reason to believe that he would intentionally break rules.

Ok someone here did also ghost and gave me a knife and told me to knife significant on peaches castle 5 days ago and if i couldn't he named another traitor. significant can confirm this. That same person just rdmed me 10 mins ago. I won't get proof to get this person in trouble , because that's the difference between me and him..

Ok I did call frostbound a retard  when he was mic spamming crazy 3 days ago, but he is not a vip? and from my understanding you are either a vip or not? harvey had a applicaiton for vip and he rdms a lot and i havent seen a report on him. You can only respect vips.

Ok I did ghost and the proof shows it.

 Ok I also rdmed a mic spammer twice by the name of Pheonix and after that he stopped mic spamming and i apologized to him and we both forgave each other and never rdmed him again.

I take full responsibility for these 3 acts , whether they were raised as an issue fair and just as if everyone was reported on these issues if they had done it or not  , and i accept a ban for it whether it's a week or a two week ban for that matter.

I hope when i come back from my ban people won't play the blame game like they did and automatically start diverting the servers problems and specially the trouble makers pointing at me for all the problems. This thread did up start all that. Hope i will have a fresh start once ban is gone.

Just throwing this out there:

You should respect people regardless of their rank, whether a Guest, Regular, heck even a Jbanned. If everyone would at least show a minimum sign of respect towards each other, the servers would be a LOT more enjoyable.

I agree with most of that. But when you are trying to hear other players call out someone on the mic , and if he is acting like a downsyndrome child and loudly yelling on the mic , i think it's safe to say he had it coming.

If I was acting like a downsyndrome child and mic spamming i wouldn't be overly sensitive about people calling me a retard for it. But hey that's just me

k' now that I finally got the rest from the "ghosting" issue of the story and reviewed My own evidence...
It seems his T buddy was spamming the traitor door To get him killed It's evident that he didn't intentionally Name his T bud in steam chat and was spamming me what was going on which is where he said the players name. In his panic between fighting with his T buddy and trying not to be seen it's easy to see how it got out of hand.

Him calling out his T buddy was partially to end the round so that the map could change since players couldn't join. He was warned at that point not to do it again.

More or less He's been warned and the issues have been resolved He really does want to be part of the community. Could this be locked as It's been settled?

Seems to me that calling out your partners 30 seconds into the round is not wanting a map change. We have a voting feature for that.

Given his attitude in the thread, I'd say a month at least is necessary.

just ban me for as long as you guys want. Truth of the matter is when no vips are on dark does worse. He did gave me a knife and gave me two traitors names in steam chat,

he also rdmed me 6 times in the last 48 hours. They were first blood rdms.

These are just the two from today. He rdmed me 4 times yesterday. Because he rdmed me today twice and i did not fight back he said i wanted this report unlocked , weird logic.

Anyway since i'll be banned from here , i just have a suggestion that you guys get more fair vips during the day time when he rdms everyday. During day time his karma is from 200 to 400. Me and Stonecold keep getting punished for small things while he is bullet proof.

I wasn't going to post these dmg logs but he said he never rdmed me and lied to himself so I couldn't stand it. I wish i had better judgement earlier from a week ago  , so I could screenshot him giving me two traitor buddies names on steamchat and a knife. Also when he rdmed a young kid because his voice was annoying yesterday and many more.

Dark does that all the time, I'm not too surprised to see this, Dark usually does that to idiots and RDMers. (However I was not there, so i do not know who started it or not.) Either way, I do think it's stupid for Dark to do that and should just post a report.

Time to pass judgement with my golden finger of truth.

Salmon will be banned for two months.

Initially, it was going to be one month for the actual incident, but was shortened to two weeks when evidence was brought forth about Darks, er. vigilantism. Due to the way he reacted in this thread though, I decided that two months would be a rather more deserving punishment.

As for Dark, he's generally a rather helpful Reg when it comes to reports, but that doesn't give justification for RDMing to take the rules into your own hands. A simple three day ban to better show that that's not something regulars should be doing. He will not be demoted though, and can keep his regular after the three day ban.

Court dismissed.
