About the map:
The tower:
The main sniping point of the map. There is a sniper at the top floor and an M16, too.
House #1:
The house with some weapons and some spots for knifing. Behind the house is a good spot for sniping and running.
House #2:
The house that would be the traitors' favourite place. Has only one bedroom and can be rigged with c4 in some nice hiding spots.

From a design standpoint it seems alright. I'm not digging the way it looks, but hey, it's still a beta. The textures you're using either tile too quickly or it is just lacking something to break it up. Prettify it up and make the outside not seem so empty. After that I imagine it would be alright/good/great.
Everything is just way too big, you need to provide safe and unsafe areas for the players, think of game scenarios (for the innocents) and shortcuts players could take (vents, if possible)
Lighting looks pretty good so far. Keep it up.
Some props would look very nice for the rooms in the last 3 screens.
