Title: Getting the word out about the forum

Just a suggestion for letting people know that there is a forum, because not many people know like myself where i literally played on the server for about a year seeing people get respected and soon after Regular and VIP, and wondered how to get it.
(I was like 11-12 so i didnt ask because i knew how everyone hated little kids lol)

Anyway, i suggest that coolz adds a small message of the day that just says something like

"Apply for regular and check out the forums at randomgs.com!"
A message like that, that just shows up every like 5-10 minutes.

I know there is somthing at the very top, but honesly its not very noticeable...

Last i checked it was on the loading screen when you're joining the server... was that removed?

Garry fucked up the HTML panels when joining a server.
Because he was working on Gmod 13.

There used to be messages on top of Wirebuild when I joined. There were still there for a while after. And isn't there a message that pops on the chat from time to time?

Would actually rather have that banner at the top removed, and have Juan's idea come in place.

I think it is fine as it is, though I can't object if it was on the score menu (that thing commonly opened up with TAB). Having it spammed in the chatbox is kind of a pain, especially in TTT.
