Title: Rage..

SO, I was  playing garrysmod for a while and when it starts to get intense  i get this
Display driver has stopped responding and has recovered
And then my garrysmod screen turned into a white blankish screen and had to restart it, causing me to lose my stuff ;c
also some times you play you get random crashes or net buffer overflow <-- hate these

Anyone gotten this before? rarely or often

Happens often with my GFX card's new drivers only when I'm on youtube. Check for the latest drivers (as usual)

Getting disconnected by "Net buffer overflow" happens to some when the mic chat is being flogged, to me at least.

My intel GMA likes to do this all the time with L4D2.

I have to have it reset to the default configs just to be able to play.

Try adding

Code: [Select]

-defaults -autoconfig
To your garrysmod startup line and see if that fixes it.

Happened to me in CS:S and HL2 DM before I updated my drivers, if that still doesn't work, I fixed it with "-defaults -autoconfig" in launch options thanks to Google.
