Why I should be VIP?
Well, I've been in RND for a year(more actually).
And I know most of the people here, including the admins. Except for some, well I used to play with them before they were admins like Sanders, Magik and Tomcat. I also used to play Flood with Ruben alot. But I do miss Minic and BH.
I would also help the servers by voting a ban and etc.

Situations

- Mic Spam
I'll tell the people in the server how to mute.

- Hacking
No doubt a kick.
If they came back and still using hacks, a ban.
And I'll also make a thread in the forums about the person hacking.

- Trolling/Flaming
Maybe tell them to stop.
If they are being racist, give them a warning.
If they still continue, a kick.

- Glitching (Accidentally)
Tell them to type "kill" in console.
If they don't want to, give them warnings before a kick.

- Glitching (Purposely)
Tell them to stop or a kick.

And I've been in RND for a year now so I know the members really well.
