For some reason, when I tried to delete it, it would erase the one from the taskbar. The only way to run it is to have a minecraft.exe on my desktop T-T
Also, I found out that you can erase the recycle bin from your desktop.
All I had to do was search "Recycle Bin" in Start and it opened up the option to have it on or not

no I have the windows theme system changed with UXtheme and I switch between some of the cool deviantart themes, mostly the "metro" style themes. there cleaner than stock win7. no rounded edges or glass look, just translucent square shapes. makes it easier to focus on the stuff inside windows, at least for me.

Hehe, thanks, I try to keep it clean. Here's a tip (this is what I do):
Anything in your room that you haven't even touched for over a month and probably never will, either get rid of, throw it away, give it away, or put it in storage (the attic, etc.). Keep similar things together and avoid clutter at all costs. Anytime you see stuff stacking up, throw everything into the center of the room, group similar things together, then put it away. Once the clutter and useless stuff is gone, there's less possible things that can find their way onto your desk.
Next, try to keep your desk dedicated to a single cause. If you want to game, do homework, disassemble and repair a phone, and also eat, then do one at a time and make sure you finish before proceeding to the next task. Once you're used to this you can move onto multitasking.
Remember: If you wouldn't want a lady friend to come over and hang out in your room, then something needs to be done.

Mhmm. As best as I can tell so far, it looks like my GPU is... broken I suppose. Bootup screens contain more dollar signs than they do anything else.The random colors everywhere and distortion happened to my GTX 260 a few times, caused by overheating. Was only temporary though, nothing permanent, although in your case I suppose that sucks. Might wanna try putting a temperature gauge on your heatsink or using software to determine it's temperature to see if that's actually the problem. When it happened to mine it was around 100C.
