Since admins resigned, people got promoted, temp servers etc. etc.
How many votes does somebody need to get promoted to VIP?

It's going to probably be a longer process (depending on the person applying obviously), and is not going to be necessarily vote based anymore, but based on the positive feedback from the VIP and Admins, on the candidate.

ya essentially this, just read through the vip information I put.. it answers this question as well.
