What is with all the guns this month?
-
But... if you have a gun you MUST be able to use it...
And the title and that article has nothing to do with each other.

Open-carry. As in, carrying the gun in a non-concealed manner. Usually done by fat people, middle-aged people, and people with small penises in an effort to look badass while negating whatever safety you might be trying to emulate with a gun because anybody planning to start shit will target you first.

Yeah. It does scare people if you do have it out shown. Plus he refused to listen to police even when they pointed their guns at him.

Hwang never touched the gun or presented a threat to patrons,
The first officers searched the theater, where patrons said they'd seen a man carrying a gun in a holster.
It's not like he was just running around with it in his hands. So it was somewhat concealed... I think. I guess if he just had it holstered to his hip outside his shirt that it was obvious but idk.

That's why it's called Open Carry and the former is Concealed Carry.

Yeah. That's OCing.

Yea I was trying to say the article more or less didn't say that it was actually concealed or not though but now that I think of it the gun must have been pretty visible for everyone to notice and call the police for. Carry on.
