Why I should be VIP:
1. I try to be nice to everyone
2. I have never abused respected when it was there, and or have I abused regular.
3. Although I have been demoted for the ZS stuff, I follow the rules and keep my temper low.
4. I will come to every call I get unless I am a human in Zombie Survival.
5. And I will give everyone a fun day :3 (Cookies required)
Why I want to be VIP:
Because I fell that I want to help the servers and try to see if I can handle having a bigger power. I try to be nice to everyone, and I hope that everyone is nice to me. c:
Contributions to RND:
Well, I have made a mapper's guide to the zs items, and I am coming out with a few maps in a bucket of maps. *hint hint wink wink*
Situations:
Someone is disrespecting another player
Give them a warning to stop.
Another warning
votekick
Wash. Rinse. Repeat
Someone is RDMing
Say Nope, and votekick them. I won't tolerate it, but I will get solid proof first.
Someone is spraying offensive/innapropriate sprays
Spray over it then tell them to stop.
Second time, votekick
Someone is glitching
Tell them to get out if they can or suicide
Give them 30 seconds
If they dont, votekick.
Someone is hacking
1.Record
bind o "say I'm sorry, but you are hacking and we don't tolerate your kind.
3.Voteban
4.Post it
5.Sit back and watch the banhammer fall down on the hacker.

This pretty much, he's still way too immature to become VIP in my opinion.

Pretty much as everyone else has said. Give it some time, and improve on acting more ready to take on a situation, and being reliable and trustworthy. I have seen you act very immature before and that doesn't show a lot on how you might react during a problem of some sort, but I am hoping you can and will improve in the future.
